About
Amanda is a graduate of the LSAD having graduated with distinction in 1989. In her final two years in college she won every major fashion design award in Ireland and went on to represent Ireland in several major international competitions. Her work has been featured on the Late Late Show and been exhibited in the Royal Albert Hall in London and Florence, Italy.
Amanda’s studio is based in the picturesque village of Killaloe, Co. Clare. From here she produces her original artwork, drawing inspiration from nature and the textures and colours at different times of the year. Her work is a fusion of styles and techniques, at times miming complex painting while still remaining true to the use of textiles and fabrics.
